Sacred Stone offers the following Returns Policy: Shipping Policy

At Sacred Stone, our number one priority is to get our products to our customers as quickly as possible. We have worked hard on keeping shipping costs down and our shipping prices are some of the best in our retail field.

For domestic orders, we offer USPS Parcel Post®, Priority®, and Express® shipping. Per USPS guidelines, all international orders now ship via Priority® or Express® only.

The advantages of using USPS domestic Priority® and Express® are the speed and efficiency of delivery. Priority® shipments will arrive in 2-3 business days (including Saturday) in every location within the United States. This ensures that your order is spending less time on a delivery truck or cargo container where damage may occur. Express® shipments arrive overnight to most areas. This method of shipping would be used when you need next day delivery of important orders-- or when you just can't wait to get your Sacred Stone order!

Although USPS Parcel Post® delivery prices are a bit less expensive than Priority®, delivery time for Parcel Post® is 7 days and lacks the FREE delivery confirmation of Priorty®. Additionally, Parcel Post® orders spend much more time in the back of a delivery truck, with the potential for damage or loss of your order.

For the fastest and safest delivery, we recommend shipping USPS Priority® for all domestic orders. Your order will arrive quickly and on-time, and you will be able to track the delivery confirmation from the USPS website.

All in-stock orders received by 4:00 PM EST M-F will ship out the same day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will ship out Monday. There will be no shipping on USPS holidays.

Shirodhara Warranty

No returns, sorry. We offer a one year warranty on the pump if it breaks, but not if it melts! We offer a one year warranty with the burner as well. Please save ALL packaging, because if either one breaks, you will need to send it back to us so we can ship them to the manufacturer for a credit.

All of the copper equipment also has a one year warranty, and the stand has lifetime repairs for a small fee after the year is up. Again, this is on faulty equipment (say a handle breaks off of the pitcher or something happens with the valve on the pot). There is no warranty if you drop it and it cracks or gets dented.

The pot, pitcher, pump and burner all will be replaced if they arrive dented (the copper pieces) or become faulty within that years time. No refunds will be given.

You may need a voltage converter in order for both the pump and the electric burner to work in their outlets since the electrical apparatus is different in the States.

Customs fees, tariffs, taxes and duties that may be placed on the package when it arrives to your country will be the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping quote from us.

No refunds, sorry. If you can't make it to a class, regardless of the reason, we will offer you a credit for the same class (or a comparable one) scheduled at a different time. Since we are a small school and some of the class registrations are limited, it's not fair to other students or to the teacher to ask for a refund. This policy is very firm, otherwise a small school like ours could not stay in business. If you can't find a class that suits your schedule, we can attempt to organize a semi-private class for you at your convenience. We want to make sure you are happy and we are happy.
