Unzipping Utility Unzipping Software
All of our digital files are compressed using the ZIP file format. All modern operating systems (Windows XP, Windows Vista, Mac OS) can automatically "unzip" these files. You can download a FREE unzipping utilty here.



Download Instructions


  1. Verify that you have the required software to use our digital media. A complete list of required software is available at the top of this page. If you do not have the required software, you will not be able to use our digital procuts.

  2. Once your order has been processed, you will need to log in to the Sacred Stone download area to download your products. You will log in using the email address used and the password you created during checkout. You can find the login page to the download area by clicking on "Customer Serivce" at the top menu of the site, then choosing "Download Product Files". You can also click here for a direct link.

  3. Once you log in to the download area, you will see all the digital products you have purchased. Along with the product name, you will see the filename, order date, and status. Downloadable items are available for one (1) download. If you should need additional downloads due to any problems, please email downloads@sacredstonehealing.com.

  4. To download your digital product, click on the file name. It will be the first entry (ex. HS-001.zip) on the product row. The file will then be downloaded to your default download location (as set within your web browser preferences) or you will be given the option to save the file. Saving the file to your desktop is recommended.

  5. Once the file has been saved to your desktop, it's now time to "unzip" or extract the digital products you purchased. All Sacred Stone products are sent as ZIP files. These archives contain one or several files within them, such as our Home Study manuals and the streaming movie links.

    Today's modern operating systems can "unzip" these files simply by double-clicking on them. The resulting folder will show all the files contained therein, and you can then drag them to your desktop or save them anywhere on your hard drive. If you try double clicking on your ZIP file and nothing happens, you will need to download an unzipping utility. A FREE unzipping utility can be downloaded here.


  6. If you already have an unzipping utility, you can skip to the step 7. Once you have downloaded the PKWARE unzipping utility, run the setep program by double-clicking on the file pkreader.exe. Follow the setup instructions. Once PKWARE has been installed, all ZIP files will be associated with this application. This simply means that double-click all ZIP files will launch the PKWARE unzipping utility.

  7. Double-click on the ZIP file that you downloaded. Your unzipping utilty should start and the contents of the file will be extracted to a new folder on your desktop. The folder will have the same name as the ZIP file, just without the "zip" extension, and you will now be able to click inside the folder. You are free to move these files to anyplace on your hard drive.

  8. Your download folder may contain PDF files as well as HTML files. The PDF files are the actual Homestudy manuals in digital form. These will need to be opened with Adobe Acrobat Reader, or some other PDF reader software. You can find a link to dowload the FREE Acrobat reader software at the top of this page.

    The HTML files will contain links to the streaming Sacred Stone videos. These videos are in QuickTime format and you must have downloaded and installed the QuickTime movie software prior to viewing these movies. You can find a link to dowload the FREE QuickTime software at the top of this page. The QuickTime installer will install both the application and a web browser plugin that is needed to view the movies in your web browser.


  9. Once your digital folder is extracted from the ZIP file, you can safely delete the original ZIP file since all these files have been already been extracted. If you have any problems viewing the QuickTime movies or reading the PDF manuals, please restart your computer for the new settings to take effect.
