This is a 1-hour treatment for pain relief. Eastern cupping merges Ayurvedic marma points, acupressure, meridian therapy, guasha, Chinese cupping, warm stones, gems, and moxibustion (smoked mugwort herb) over the marma points. We start with a fresh lemon and salt application, then oil the soles of the feet. Warm oil is applied to the crown of the head.
