This 1-hour personal yoga therapy instructional session will assess the client for doshic imbalances, misalignments, muscle weakness/strength, and postural deviations. After proper assessment, a tailored daily yoga asana routine and breathwork instructions for your constitution will be given. In some cases, a doshic diet might be recommended to alleviate pain and imbalance and ignite the pranic flow in the chakra systems. Each client will be given careful attention to their unique body types, and counter poses for any imbalances.

Karyn has been a Nationally Certified Yoga Instructor since 1997 and has owned an Ayurvedic Yoga Teacher Training School under Yoga Alliance since 2012. She has certified and trained many yoga teachers and has taught yoga worldwide.
