I was born and raised in Russia where I lived until November 2008. I have a degree from Tomsk Polytechnic University in my home-city Tomsk (Siberia, Russia). After earning this degree (honestly, I did that for my Parents!) I felt my true calling on this planet was in a much different area. So I left that field for people, who are more passionate about it, I changed my life a lot, and I became a professional trainer of Shaping and Bodybuilding. I studied it in St. Petersburg - my favorite city in the World! So, I moved from one end of the spectrum to the other! Things worked so good for me - I had my own little business (it is still existing), I learned a lot of things on my own from a lot of books I have read, and from people, I have met. And, somehow "Life" (my best teacher), brought myself to Yoga and Ayurveda Way, and later - Massage.

West Shore Wellness is a center that provides a welcoming environment which allows people to address their needs for physical, emotional, and spiritual health, all in a calming and peaceful atmosphere.
Jane is dedicated to increasing consciousness, openness, acceptance, and growth. She has participated in numerous health fairs and educational opportunities to help people understand that massage therapy is a preventive way of STAYING HEALTHY. You do not need to be injured to get a massage. Since stress is the precursor and contributor to many illnesses and injuries, and massage is a proven stress reliever, it is okay (even recommended) to come in for a massage to stay feeling good and enhance your vibrancy!

Graduating from The Massage School of Santa Monica, Santa Monica, California in 1987, and Bhakti Academe, Clearwater, Florida, in 2002, Susan Lengle brings to you 28 years of Massage Therapy experience. During her career Susan has worked in many different venues to include luxury hotel spas, wellness centers, chiropractic practices, day spa/hair salons, and a thriving private business, and lastly as an instructor and director of a post secondary massage degree program.
Early on in her career Susan was able to take her knowledge and skills to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, living and working there for 4 years.
Most important to Susan is the combination of book knowledge, hands on experience, and critical thinking to provide the student with the tools to successfully engage with their clients.
As a graduate of SAMA, earning a Ayurvedic Health Counselor degree and becoming a Registered Ayurvedic Practitioner with NAMA, Susan’s passion now is rooted inAyurveda, Sacred Stone Therapy ,Color, Chakra & Crystal Therapy and Reiki.
Each and every class focuses on a holistic approach to include not only the clients’ body, but their emotional and spiritual state as well.
